How to choose numbers with our free lottery system

Here's how to guess numbers for a 6-digit, 1-to-50 lotto game. It will work fine if your game is similar. The rules of the game will vary depending on whether it is a lottery or keno.

Analysis Lotto allows you to adjust the rules to suit your specific lotto or Keno game. You can find examples of how to set up other games in our product support section. You can also find clear, step-by-step instructions HERE.

Keep in mind that unlike guessing lotto numbers, the delta series can contain the exact same number multiple times. Also, the order of the delta numbers is not always ascending (lowest to greatest).

You can guess one number greater than 15, but it is better to stick to the numbers 1-15. Why? The answer is simple: Nine of ten delta numbers are less than 15. This means that there won't be a delta number greater than 15, at least 50% of the time, in any six-number-pick. It is a better strategy to concentrate your guesses on cases with higher odds of success than those that have numbers below 15.

Keep at least half your numbers low. Maybe 8 or less. This will give you the best chance of winning. The delta number ONE is a number that occurs at least once in all winning numbers, but not all.

The sum of your guesses must not exceed the maximum number permitted in the lotto game that you are playing (most lotto games allow for close to 50).

The odds of winning are best if the sum of all deltas in a winning number is within 15 of the maximum number.

You can then randomly mix your numbers and turn them into lotto numbers by following the addition sequence.

If you are not the winner, you can still make a delta number. You can then compare your delta to the number you chose to find out how close you were.
