Richard Lustig, Orlando, Fla. claims that he has secrets that could allow someone to win Saturday's Powerball jackpot numbers. The jackpot is estimated to be $700 million.

He has been featured on Good Morning, America, The Learning Channel, and Ripley's Believe it or Not, where he discusses his many jackpot wins.
